Space Booking Requests
Only Our Lady of the Assumption Staff (Parish, School, and Preschool) and Parish Ministry Leaders can request event and space bookings.
Please note that you are responsible for adhering to the procedures set forth in our Ministry Leader Handbook in regard to meeting/event planning and implementation.

Space User Agreement forms are required for ALL bookings.

Please review the guidelines below before filling out your request:

All bookings must be requested through the online form.

Liturgical Events and Holy Days of Obligation have priority over all other bookings. Click here for Holy Days of Obligation.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your event has been entered into the main calendar. Your event is not confirmed until you have received this email.

Setup needs and any special requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your meeting or event for planning purposes.

Requests may take up to five (5) business days to be processed.
​​

Bookings for the June 2026-July 2027 calendar will begin being processed in April 2026. Booking confirmations will be sent in early June.
