Vacation Bible School Youth Volunteers

Note: All Youth Volunteers must be approved to work with children through the appropriate safe environment procedure.
 

For volunteers under the age of 13, all that is required is the parental signature below.

For volunteers ages 13-17, the following forms must be submitted after you have been signed up to serve:

• Volunteer Application for Minors, and

• School Reference Form (completed and signed by an administrator at their current school.

Please submit your forms to OLA Parish Office before May 23.  Forms should be submitted to Benny Strozier at bstrozier@olachurch.org.
