Details on Volunteer Responsibilities

• Weekday Volunteer hours areM-F, 8:30am - 12:30pm (July 7-11)

 

• ​Set-up will be Saturday, July 5 from noon - 4 and Sunday, July 6th from noon - 4pm.

 

• Clean-up will be Friday, July 11 from noon - 2

 

• Daycare can be provided for adult volunteers with children 4+. Please reach out directly to VBS@olachurch.org. 

 
Bible Story, Games, and Craft Station Leads will be part of the VBS Committee and would need to attend monthly meetings starting in April. Leads are expected to work the whole week of VBS from 8:30-12:30.
 
Group Leaders and Snack Station Volunteers must attend a short orientation the week before camp. These volunteers work either the whole week  OR Mon/Wed/Fri, OR Tues/Thurs.

Volunteering starts at 8:30am and ends at 12:30pm (or when the last child leaves).

Volunteer Registration Discount

Week of VBS Volunteers - Adults who volunteer all 5 days will receive free tuition for one child ($75 value).  This will be in the form of a rebate after the completion of the VBS and your volunteer duties.
