First Eucharist & Reconciliation Registration

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for children preparing to receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist!
​
To be eligible for registration, your child should meet the following criteria:

Your family is currently registered at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish.

Your child has completed at least one year of Faith Formation at our parish or a Catholic School and is registered for Faith Formation for the 2025-2026 school year.

Your child has been baptized, and you have their certificate. (You will need to upload a PDF copy of the baptismal certificate as part of the registration form below.)

Your will be in second grade or above in the 2025-2026 school year.
