First Eucharist & Reconciliation Registration

2026-2027​

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for children preparing to receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist!

To be eligible for registration, your child should meet all of the following criteria:

​

• Your family is currently registered at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish (or attend OLA School. Non-OLA parish students will require a letter of delegation from the pastor of your parish.) If you are not registered at OLA, please go to www.olachurch.org/register.

• Your child has completed at least one year of Faith Formation at our parish or a Catholic School and is registered for Faith Formation for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Your child has been baptized, and you have their certificate. (You will need to upload a PDF copy of the baptismal certificate as part of the registration form below.)

• Your child will be in second grade or above in the 2026-2027 school year.
