Youth Ministry Registration 2026-27

Welcome to Youth Ministry at Our Lady of the Assumption!

We're excited to journey with your family this year as we help young people grow in faith, build authentic friendships, and encounter Jesus.

Our Youth Ministry includes three programs:

Kids Club – For 3rd–5th graders
Edge – For 6th–8th graders
Life Teen – For 9th–12th graders

Edge and Life Teen alternate Sunday evenings throughout the school year and meet in the Youth Room from 6:30–8:00 PM. Teens can expect games, engaging talks, small groups, prayer, and time to build community with their peers.

Kids Club meets once a month in Moylan Hall from 6:00–7:00 PM. Elementary students will enjoy games, activities, crafts, prayer, and age-appropriate faith formation in a fun and welcoming environment.

Please complete the registration below for each child who will be participating. Registering helps us communicate important updates, complete required permission forms, and ensure we have the information needed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Annual Required Forms

The Archdiocese of Atlanta requires that youth participating in youth ministry must have the following forms on file in the parish office. They must be turned in PRIOR to any youth attending youth ministry. Please click on the link below to download the forms. Turn them in the Jenny Castro at jcastro@olachurch.org as soon as possible.
