End of Life Seminar

Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church are pleased to partner for a meaningful community event focused on navigating the challenges and opportunities that accompany aging, grief, loss, and life transitions.

This special program will offer education, resources, and practical guidance for individuals navigating loss, caring for aging loved ones, or planning for the future - including Catholic funeral planning. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from experts, gain valuable insights, and connect with others in a supportive environment. 

 

Whether you are experiencing grief yourself, supporting a family member, or simply seeking information about healthy aging, this event is designed to provide meaningful conversation, encouragement, and helpful tools for the journey ahead.
